Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Carrera Wine Cellar is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If there are any problems with your purchase, we want to be notified.
For returns and exchanges, your item must be in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of purchase, along with the original packaging and purchase receipt. Items may be brought back in to our shop or returned by mail. If returning by mail, please email us at [email protected] to request an exchange or refund. We will then assign you a tracking number. Once you receive the tracking number, mail the returned item to:

Include in the package a note stating the reason for the return and the original receipt.
Cancellations
If for some reason you are unable to attend an event you have purchased tickets for, you must notify Carrera Wine Cellar 24 hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
*Some exclusions may apply for special events or classes. Those exclusions will be noted in the description of the event.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.
Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout step of the transaction.
